Why We Exist
Building the Infrastructure the Coaching Profession Needs
Coaching in India is a profession of tremendous promise. Every day, thousands of coaches support transformation in leaders, teams, and organisations.
Yet despite this growth, the profession remains highly fragmented and lacks the kind of shared infrastructure that most established professions rely on.
There is no widely adopted, integrated platform where coaches can come together to exchange ideas, collaborate on initiatives, share practice insights, and collectively strengthen the profession.
While communities and institutions do exist, they often operate in silos - serving specific schools of thought, certifications, or networks - rather than enabling a broader, connected ecosystem.
As a result, many coaches continue to work in isolation - limiting the collective learning, credibility, and influence the profession could achieve through stronger connection and collaboration.
The Coaching Collective™ was born to help build that professional infrastructure.
