The Coaching Collective™
A collective growing India’scoaching movement
“There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.” — Margaret J. Wheatley.
We are that community: coaches, clients, and organisations building an ecosystem where growth belongs to everyone.
An initiative by The Gardeners Hub®
Why we exist
Some conversations deserve a bigger home
For over two and a half years, coaches gathered every month at The Gardeners Hub® Community of Practice — honest, vulnerable, meaningful conversations about the profession. No performance. No pretence.
When Rashmi and Raj met in October 2025, they both sensed the same possibility: these conversations deserved a bigger home — one that could reach more coaches and include clients too, so coaches and clients could find each other for genuine mutual benefit. That shared belief became the seed from which The Coaching Collective™ was born.

TCC India Conference 2026
27 June 2026 · Shangri-La, Bengaluru — our inaugural conference wasn’t a starting point. It was a milestone in a journey that had already begun.

Inaugural Edition · The Future of Coaching in the AI Era
A community coming alive
Coaches, CHROs, leaders and practitioners in one room — exploring what coaching becomes when intelligence is everywhere and human connection is the differentiator. Speakers brought vulnerability and courage, live coaching demonstrations, and honest conversations about self-worth and pricing.
“Even though it’s the individual leader who receives the coaching, it’s the whole organisation that lives the outcome.”— From a Keynote Speaker’s message
- Built on a foundation. A series of pre-events brought coaches and clients together months earlier — on what AI cannot do, embodied leadership, and psychological contracts.
- Every voice mattered. No one tried to be the centre of attention — each speaker contributed their unique gift in service of a shared purpose.
- Carried by a collective. Co-creators and volunteers who chose contribution over recognition made the experience feel effortless.
- A tradition in the making — the first of what we hope becomes a lasting gathering for India’s coaching profession.
Rooted like a garden
How the Collective grows
We come from The Gardeners Hub® — so we think like gardeners, not gatekeepers. Everything we build follows the same pattern.
Plant
Open the door. Anyone can post a coaching need — students, homemakers, professionals, CEOs, organisations. No gatekeeping. No elitism.
Tend
Protect the trust. Every coach verifies their email before joining, and every profile is built from the information they share with the community.
Grow
Strengthen the ecosystem. Every pro bono hour, first client, and transformation makes coaching in India stronger for the next person.
