Why Coach Finder Came to Be
Two quiet problems. One missing bridge.
The Coaching Collective™ grew out of The Gardeners Hub® — a community built on a simple belief: people grow best when someone tends to their growth. And inside that community, we kept seeing the same two stories play out, side by side.
People who needed coaching couldn’t find it. They didn’t know where to look, who to trust, or whether they could afford it. Many quietly concluded that coaching was for CEOs — not for students, homemakers, or professionals like them.
Coaches who could help stayed invisible. Skilled, credentialed, deeply committed practitioners were spending more energy finding clients than coaching them — with no central place where genuine needs and genuine coaches could meet.
The absurdity was obvious: the need existed, the coaches existed, and nothing connected them. Coach Finder is that connection — built not as a marketplace that extracts, but as a bridge that gives. Verified on both sides. Pro bono alongside paid. Open to all of India.
